At Strap Society, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of any items no questions asked within 90 days.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 90 days of receipt of your purchase. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us right away and we will work with you to make it right.

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at contact@strap-society.com and we’ll provide you with a return label.
